Firstcom Europe Group Holdings Limited is a unified communications (“UCaaS”) telephony business with operations in the UK, Denmark, Germany, and Sweden.

Oakfield added Firstcom to the portfolio in 2018 with the aim of acquiring telephony service providers with large SME customer bases, integrating them and migrating these customers onto subscription-based UCaaS services centred on its proprietary platform.
