Oakfield Capital acquired a majority stake in The Doctors Clinic Group in 2017 to benefit from increasing consumer demand for instant healthcare services.  As part of Oakfield’s portfolio, the business was transformed organically from a consumer-led, face-to-face GP business in London, to a multi-channel, nationwide business operating across consumer and B2B markets.

DCG was sold to Spire Healthcare plc in December 2022.
