Oakfield Capital Partners Leads Follow-on Investment in the Edward Alexander Group

OAKFIELD CAPITAL PARTNERS LEADS FOLLOW-ON INVESTMENT IN THE EDWARD ALEXANDER GROUP
Oakfield Capital Partners is pleased to announce a further investment in The Edward Alexander Group.
The company was established to acquire, integrate and grow a select number of highly complementary luxury décor brands that command a premium positioning and are manufactured by craftsmen in the UK. The investment supports the acquisition of two leading brands in the sector, Collier Webb Limited and George Spencer Limited.
Collier Webb, based in Eastbourne, UK, is one of the most prestigious manufacturers of lights and furniture. The investment by The Edward Alexander Group will finance the expansion of its manufacturing capacity in a new factory and broaden its presence in the US market. Geoff Collier, Managing Director, said, “The new investment will allow our company to deliver its exciting growth plans and the foundry expansion. This will enable us to continue delivering excellent and unique products to our clients”.
George Spencer is a high-end fabrics company based in London with an excellent reputation, and was established over 50 years ago. George Spencer designs its own collections, and also sells curtain trimmings and wallpapers. Being part of a larger group, with other leading names in the luxury interiors industry, will offer many exciting opportunities for us and our customers”.
