Oakfield Capital Partners Leads Follow-on Investment in The Doctors’ Clinic Group

Oakfield Capital Partners is pleased to announce a follow on equity investment in The Doctors Clinic Group (DCG)(1). The company provides affordable and easy access for individuals, corporates and insurers to private GPs across 15 clinics in Greater London. DCG’s services include consultations, health screens, blood tests, diagnostics and some common secondary care pathways. The investment supported the acquisition of Maitland Medical, an occupational health provider, as part of the company’s strategy to become a national healthcare services platform in the UK. Maitland Medical, based in Kent, has a strong team of occupational health specialists delivering tailored, high quality clinical advice and support.
